Eco Rain Gutter LLC Warranty
Effective Date: January 1st, 2018
Scope of Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials, labor, and workmanship related to the installation of our seamless rain gutter system by Eco Rain Gutter LLC.
Warranty Period: Five years from the completion date of the project.
Scope of Work: Includes installation of seamless rain gutters, downspouts, and associated components.
Exclusions:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or intentional acts

Issues resulting from failure to follow maintenance procedures (e.g., keeping gutters clear)

Changes made without prior written approval
Warranty Conditions:

Maintenance Requirements: Homeowners must maintain the system as per manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.

Inspection and Repair: Notify Eco Rain Gutter LLC in writing within 30 days of noticing a defect. We will inspect at no cost and make necessary repairs.

Remediation: If defects are due to our fault, we will address them promptly, with a target resolution timeframe.
Warranty Limitations:

Maximum liability is $50,000
-
No legal action can be taken more than five years after project completion
Dispute Resolution:

Good faith negotiation as the first step.

Binding arbitration if unresolved, following AAA rules.
Additional Requirements:
