We offer contactless inspections, which can be scheduled for tenant properties without requiring anyone's presence on site. Appointments are conducted entirely outside the home, allowing us to assess your gutter system quickly and efficiently. 

We offer comprehensive gutter cleaning and service for existing rain gutter systems. Our services include removing all debris from your gutters, making minor repairs to gutter brackets and downspouts as needed, and vacuuming shingle grit from the gutters. We can also repair or replace damaged gutters and downspouts, adjust gutter sections to improve water drainage, and reseal leaking corners to extend the life of fascia boards and eliminate drips. We ensure our work area is left clean by removing all trash and debris. If additional materials are needed for repairs, we'll schedule a follow-up appointment.

Our standard cleaning appointments typically take 3 hours and allow sufficient time for thorough cleaning and general maintenance. The cost for this service is $300 and it is limited to up to 250 feet of gutters or less. If additional materials are requested for repairs, we'll provide a material  quote and schedule a follow-up appointment.

Our quick and easy inspection typically takes just a few minutes to identify potential problem areas in your gutters. During the assessment, our experienced team will thoroughly inspect your gutters and provide you with details for improvement.

Effective Date: January 1st, 2018

Scope of Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials, labor, and workmanship related to the installation of our seamless rain gutter system by Eco Rain Gutter LLC.

Warranty Period: Five years from the completion date of the project.

Scope of Work: Includes installation of seamless rain gutters, downspouts, and associated components.

Exclusions:

1. Normal wear and tear

2. Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or intentional acts

3. Issues resulting from failure to follow maintenance procedures (e.g., keeping gutters clear)

4. Changes made without prior written approval

Warranty Conditions:

1. Maintenance Requirements: Homeowners must maintain the system as per manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.

2. Inspection and Repair: Notify Eco Rain Gutter LLC in writing within 30 days of noticing a defect. We will inspect at no cost and make necessary repairs.

3. Remediation: If defects are due to our fault, we will address them promptly, with a target resolution timeframe.

Warranty Limitations:

1. Maximum liability is $50,000

2. No legal action can be taken more than five years after project completion

Dispute Resolution:

1. Good faith negotiation as the first step.

2. Binding arbitration if unresolved, following AAA rules.

Additional Requirements:

1. Homeowners must allow access for inspections and repairs.

2. Obtain necessary insurance and permits.
